• Selecting an FFL Dealer: Buyers must choose a licensed FFL dealer willing to accept the firearm shipment and conduct the necessary legal transfer to the buyer. It is recommended to confirm the FFL dealer's willingness and ability to perform these services prior to making a purchase.

• Notification and Shipping Information: Once an FFL dealer is selected, the purchaser should provide Knight's Pawn with all required information concerning the designated FFL, including the dealer's name, address, and license number. This information will be used by Knight's Pawn to arrange for the secure shipping of the firearm from our location to the FFL dealer.

• Background Check: Upon arrival, the FFL dealer will conduct a federal background check as per the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations. Successful completion of this background check is necessary for the final transfer of the firearm to the purchaser.
